At Cherokee Interiors we treat every project the same way on various sized commercial projects.  We carefully look for and identify our scope items and how that work interacts with the overall project.  We read through our related specification sections pertaining to our scopes and begin our takeoff.

Using “Planswift Estimating” software, each project is then accurately digitized through the software, and an estimate is produced.  We then issue our proposal showing as much detail as possible to make it very comprehensive, yet easy to understand.  Cherokee Interiors is there to answer any questions before and after bid time.

We currently have a list of General Contractors & Construction Managers throughout the Southeast, who are requesting bids through invitations.  Cherokee Interiors is always looking for future relationships through our estimating department, where every project begins
