Project Management

Project Management is, by far, the most important role during the process of construction.  Keeping the project on track and moving forward, while staying on schedule, is what Cherokee Interiors does best.  We’ll help by maintaining a productive crew that is watched carefully and works efficiently.  Cherokee Interiors maintains daily job site visits to insure production goals are on track to be met, or are met.  We meet with key field personnel on points of safety, cleanliness, & work load to keep the job moving in a positive direction.  Cherokee Interiors will be in constant contact from the time the job is awarded, and continue until completion and beyond.
